Adventurer – Improv Enthusiast
My name is Param and I am an adventurer at COR. It really resonates with my personal values and goals. I thoroughly enjoy the activities and events that I get to attend and host.
I also do Improv as an encourager. I really enjoy it and it is my top priority that people attending also enjoy it and find value in it. One of the key goals of Improv that we do is to allow people to be creative and use their imagination to be open with the group, share ideas and build trust among companions.
My favorite moments are when people grow more confident and allow themselves to be silly without the fear of judgement, which comes with trust and trust comes with time. When people tell me that it was a lot of fun or that they look forward to doing this again, it makes my day and motivates me to keep doing it and finding ways to make it more fun and enjoyable for everyone.
