Every day is a new day. Sometimes we wake up in a struggle, other days, we feel as though we are on top of the world. Art therapy is an expressive form of working with our inner selves, and learning who we are as people. In my experience, working with the individuals at COR, I’ve seen many different sides of people as they explore various sides of themselves through different types of art mediums. While indulging our creative sense, art creates a path for our emotions, whether we are calming our anxiety, or exclaiming our passions to the world.
