About
Kirston Lodoen

Regina, Saskatchewan

I’ve been creating art since I was a kid. I have always managed to be creative through all phases of my life.

Kirsten’s favourite mediums are coloured inks, coloured pencils, and recently acrylics. She is also interested in many other mediums such as clay, digital art (Wacom), and pencil sketching.

Kirsten has also won awards for her artistic healing journey. She’s even raised funds for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation by selling her design made for Orange Shirt Day raising $1200.00 for a local non-profit charitable organization.

She described this design as being, ‘7 braids cut off and representing the 7 grandmothers and grandfathers. The three siblings walk toward the light because they have finally been found and can make it back home.
