About
Jarrod Ritson

Regina, Saskatchewan

Jarrod has been creating in the Studio for over 5 years participating in music, soundtrack music creation for videos produced in the studio, creative writing (through his work in Dungeons and Dragons), and paint nights. However Jarrod’s true passion is for making house and dance music as he aspires to be a DJ.

“I’m mostly inspired by Tomorrowland and Brydon (Jarrod’s Brother) who showed me some of the best Dj’s at Tomorrowland.”

During the COVID19 global pandemic Jarrod had the opportunity to work with a student from the University of Regina’s Kinesiology program who nurtured and taught Jarrod how to mix his own music into a playlist and how to perform while operating the DJ mixing board. Jarrod is hopeful his first gig will come this fall (2024) during the Sir Dance-a-lot concert series.

In 2019 Jarrod participated in the COR Studio’s ACE+Cake (art collective experience) event where he made his artist talk debut. It was here that he shared his journey in the arts and also unveiled some of his first tracks!
